Reported investors: Amazon and Alphabet (Google) are its largest backers and strategic cloud partners, alongside reported investment from Microsoft, Nvidia, and leading funds including Sequoia, GIC, Coatue and ICONIQ. Its May 2026 Series H reportedly valued the company at around $965 billion.
Reported customer base: As of 30 September 2026: more than 11,900 customers generating $100,000+ in annual revenue, more than 1,900 generating $1M+, and approximately 250 generating $10M+. Named enterprise users reported in the press include Netflix, Spotify, Salesforce, KPMG and Deloitte.

Anthropic is one of the most closely watched listings of the year. Here are 6 reasons the ANT (proposed) listing stands out:
01
Anthropic’s potential IPO could become one of the largest AI listings ever, giving public investors a major benchmark for valuing frontier AI companies.
02
The IPO will test whether Anthropic’s rapid revenue growth can justify the enormous costs of computing, infrastructure and AI development.
03
Press reports suggest a valuation of around $2 trillion. The S-1 does not yet include a price range, so the final valuation remains unconfirmed.
04
The public S-1 gives investors audited financials for the first time, including revenue of $4.59B in 2025 and $16.29B in the first half of 2026.
05
A successful Anthropic IPO could influence how markets value other frontier AI companies, including competitors preparing for potential public listings.
06
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation. A Long-Term Benefit Trust elects a majority of the board, and a founders’ entity holds 50.1% of voting power. Class A shareholders will have limited influence over key decisions.
Most retail investors gain access once public-market trading begins; the routes below explain how that can work depending on your goals and risk profile.
Once Anthropic becomes available on the stock market and on the NAGA platform, eligible clients may be able to buy the shares and gain exposure to the company's long-term growth story. For many investors, this is the most straightforward way to participate after a public listing.
Discover stock investingFor traders looking for shorter-term opportunities, CFDs can provide exposure to Anthropic price movements without owning the underlying shares, where available. This approach may suit active market participants who want to trade volatility around the listing event.
Discover CFD tradingNewly listed shares can be volatile, and IPO terms or early trading prices do not guarantee future performance. The summary below is not exhaustive; investors should read the latest official offering or listing documents and consider whether the investment is suitable for their circumstances.
Summary only. The official risk factors and terms in Anthropic's offering document prevail in all cases.
A potential valuation near $2 trillion creates high expectations. Any slowdown in revenue growth or weaker-than-expected IPO demand could cause significant share-price volatility
Anthropic requires enormous amounts of computing power and infrastructure. Rising AI infrastructure costs could pressure margins and delay profitability.
Anthropic faces strong competition from OpenAI, Google, Meta and other AI developers. Rapid advances in AI could reduce Claude’s pricing power or market share.
Anthropic is not yet profitable. It reported a net loss of $41.97 billion in 2025 and $80.75 billion in the first half of 2026, largely driven by non-cash changes in the value of convertible notes.
Class A shareholders will have limited voting influence. A Long-Term Benefit Trust elects a majority of the board and a founders’ entity holds 50.1% of voting power.
A substantial portion of revenue comes from a limited number of customers and distribution channels, so losing a major customer could significantly affect results.
